Meet the board

Our Board comprises ten members, based around New Zealand, with extensive experience from a range of industries within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Our Board is led by two co-chairs, one of whom must represent Māori.

Graham Burke

Co-Chair (Industry)

Graham is passionate about the construction industry’s future and is committed to leading further change. He is adamant the way forward for the construction sector and businesses is to move the emphasis from bottom price to value, safety, and quality.

Phil served 23 years with the New Zealand Military and since retiring from military service has operated in the high-risk security environment within the private security sector.
