ConCOVE has developed Workforce Journey Indicators using anonymised data from the Stats NZ Integrated Data Infrastructure. The data explorer aims to quantify how people navigate into, through and out of the construction and infrastructure workforce.
By mapping key workforce journey pools across sub-sectors of our industries, ConCOVE has constructed a framework of metrics to track and compare career pathways and understand the contribution of vocational education.
