Hailing from South Africa, service to others is part of my implicit ethos. I’ve straddled the ITP, ITO, and WDC spaces in Aotearoa and have worked in multiple sectors from construction to maritime, from central government to security.

Having worked in the tertiary education system for the past 22 years, I draw inspiration from those who ask the questions ‘Why?’ and ‘Why not?’ I ply my trade as an eternal optimist, driven by the desire to make things better for as many as I can.

When not at work, you’ll find me at local markets with my wife or exploring the food scene with friends and family.
