My background is in data and analytics in banking, insurance, higher education, and at NGOs.

I lead the Workforce Journey Indicators project, and work with a range of industry stakeholders on other research projects. Some of these are data projects, though I also have conversations about diggers, temporary traffic management, and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
