Dr Mahrukh Khan
Senior Researcher

Dr Khan completed her doctorate in English from the University of Auckland. Her doctoral study has a cross-disciplinary focus; it acknowledges the complex politics of race, culture and gender through an interrogation of narrative viewpoint and perspective. This background ties in well with her current role as a Senior Researcher, supporting and re-envisioning “equitable” career pathways for learners, as ConCOVE strives for an “inclusive”, “sustainable” and “productive” Construction and Infrastructure Sector. Her current and active areas of interest include: building effective pedagogical systems for an international as well as culturally diverse learning audience. She is an award-winning writer and has been internationally acknowledged for her academic practice and critical writing.
As an experienced researcher, she considers it a privilege to be involved with ConCOVE, creating and participating in leading research and investigation, to offer insight and constructive feedback, in the effective shape up of personal and professional lives.
