Project Lead – Diversity
Over the past few years, I have completed research and worked in successive roles focused on enabling diversity & inclusion. I have a clear passion for supporting organisations to produce measurable outcomes to enable diverse communities to thrive and ensure that organisations accurately identify and dismantle barriers to inclusion.
I regard diversity and inclusion as ultimate aspiration for organisational/industry culture. I see my role as a facilitator, to help organisations recognise what this aspiration looks like and support them on their journey to achieve this. This includes challenging people to critically think about the value of diversity and inclusion and how it can benefit: people, processes, policies, and practices.
I am passionate about using data lead practices and co-design methodologies to ensure that we are providing sustainable and measurable outcomes for communities. This includes working directly with communities to understand barriers to inclusion and find appropriate pathways to ensure progression.
