What we're proposing
We’ve identified five key changes to the way vocational education is funded and supported in the construction and infrastructure sector:
- Change 1: Take a people-centred approach to learning support
- Change 2: Devolved decision-making
- Change 3: Strengthening the investment approach
- Change 4: Increase work-based learner fees
- Change 5: Introduce industry training levies
